If you hangout in the Hamptons then you might have had the opportunity to attend a party at Joe Farrell's Sandcastle in Bridgehampton.  I was one of the lucky ones to have been invited to see it first hand.  Set on over 11 plus acres, this 31,000 sf home is exquisite to say the least.

Stone, timber, iron, stucco: materials integral to the Tuscan style are captured in the design of this residence. The home has wings that extend into the landscape, creating outdoor living spaces for entertainment, recreation, and an entry courtyard embracing visitors through an arched portico. The home enwraps the swimming pool terrace, which is bathed in southern light and nestled into a hill. Romanesque arches, thickened walls, and timber brackets hearken back to the old world construction techniques.

John Starck of Showcase Kitchens, Roslyn, Long Island clients not only wanted a kitchen nobody else had, they wanted their new kitchen to showcase a personal passion.  This 450 square foot eat-in-kitchen/dining room showplace was designed for avid art glass collectors, providing them with a unique venue for high-style entertaining.  Stark’s challenge was to create a gallery within a fully-functional modern kitchen.
