Prairieville

A Frank Lloyd Wright Inspiration

Architect Troy C. Clymer, Vice President at Architects Northwest

This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired beauty was brought to life just outside Redmond Washington. I stumbled across this completely by accident but became so absorbed in the photos that I completely forgot what I was looking for in the first place.

The Prairieville plan is a two-story 4750 sq ft home with an additional 1435 sq ft of 4-car garage space. The house consists of four bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms.

Architect Troy C. Clymer, Vice President at Architects Northwest said, ìIt was a really fun project to work on.î But he gives the interior design credit to the client who is in fact an interior designer.

Clymer uses a perfect blend of wood and stone while also taking full advantage of natural light.

One of my favorite parts of the house is the outdoor living area.  Sheltered by the weather, the outdoor living space is becomes an extension of the house. For those cold winter nights, the area has a fireplace and electric heaters built into the ceiling.

The two-story living room is perfect for formal entertaining or just a relaxed evening by the fireplace.

The master bedroom has a very spacious full bathroom with large tub, huge walk in closet, outdoor living space and of course, a fireplace!

The design of this home is both warm and inviting!  A great job by Troy!
